We have acquired shares of the Marti Group in Montescudo (manufacturer of Bluelift and RAM Platform products), Italy, as part of our expansion strategy. The aim is to serve international markets as a whole.
RUTHMANN Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, Germany is taking over the majority of the Marti Group with 60 % of the shares. The company has been renamed RUTHMANN Italia S.r.l.
At the site Montescudo, truck mounted working platforms and spider platforms will be produced in the new assembly hall in the future as well.
