As of October 17th 2022, Ruthmann Holdings GmbH will take over the exclusive distribution and maintenance of France Elévateur products in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (German and Italian-speaking areas) with its sales force and service center network. This means that all current orders and contracts in these countries are taken over by Ruthmann.
The company has already been distributing Versalift products in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for over 10 years. Since June 2022, the brands France Elévateur and Movex have been part of the TIME Manufacturing Company ("TIME"), just like Versalift and Ruthmann. This acquisition therefore enables the development of partnerships between the group's brands.

FE Deutschland joins the maintenance network of Ruthmann Holdings GmbH
The German subsidiary of France Elévateur will join the service network of the manufacturer of aerial work platforms from Münsterland.

FE Deutschland, which celebrated its 10th anniversary last year, is based in the Saxon region of Leipzig and currently employs around ten people who service aerial work platforms.
The FE Deutschland team will join 140 employees in 7 Ruthmann service centers in Germany. This integration will enable Ruthmann to better serve and meet the needs of our customers in the vicinity of Leipzig.
Thomas Rammelt, Managing Director of FE Deutschland, will now be responsible for the Group's railway machinery division in Germany and abroad.
