Effective immediately, our innovative *BLUELIFT track-drive lift platforms in Colombia will be marketed by LUMUS – the prominent equipment rental company located in Bogata. Until now, the LUMUS rental fleet consisted of well-known Jekko mini cranes. To provide customers with an even more attractive and versatile product range, LUMUS will now look after all BLUELIFT sales and service activities in Colombia.
Uwe Strotmann (RUTHMANN General Sales Manager) and Gianni Marti (General Manager of RUTHMANN ITALIA) commented on the new partnership: “We look forward to the new collaborative agreement with LUMUS. The South American company has earned an excellent reputation as sales and service partner for Jekko mini cranes. LUMUS also has a wealth of experience and a well-developed network of highly skilled sales and service professionals. The collaborative agreement was initiated at the Conexpo trade show in Las Vegas (USA) this spring. Afterwards, Gregorio Echeverri Gaviria (LUMUS Managing Director) and some of his staff, visited RUTHMANN ITALIA’s head office in Montescudo, Italy. Despite the tight training schedule in matters pertaining to the operation, maintenance, and repair of BLUELIFT track-drive platforms, there was enough time for the RUTHMANN ITALIA team to “talk shop” with their new South American colleagues.
