The sale of the Ruthmann Group to the US Time Manufacturing Company was successfully completed. In this context, a restructuring of the Ruthmann group of companies also took place.
Time Manufacturing Company (“Time”) has completed its acquisition of Ruthmann, a European manufacturer of aerial work platforms. Time is a global manufacturer of aerial lifts primarily for the electric utility, telecommunications, infrastructure, and forestry sectors.
January 6, 2021 - Waco, Texas - Time Manufacturing Company (“Time”) has agreed to acquire Ruthmann, a manufacturer of aerial work platforms based in Germany.
As announced earlier this year RUTHMANN Group acquired its long-standing sales and service partner ReachMaster, Inc in July 2020 through its US subsidiary RUTHMANN North America LP to form the new company Ruthmann Reachmaster North America LP. The company recently presented their new company logo, which now represents both companies and their long history.
In order to further improve the service related to the working platforms from Gescher, Germany, Ruthmann has been relying on the AR Software (Augmented-Reality) of Teamviewer Pilot since the beginning of November. In contrast to VR (Virtual Reality), the customer is able to perceive his environment as usual with AR because his field of vision is not limited through VR glasses.
RUTHMANN, the manufacturer of truck-mounted and tracked aerial working platforms announced at the CONEXPO in Las Vegas, that it has acquired its long-standing sales and service partner ReachMaster, Inc. from Ebbe Christensen through a 100% share buy-out. The company will operate under the new name RUTHMANN ReachMaster North America L.P.
The manufacturer of aerial work platforms RUTHMANN has already reported on its nomination for the IAPA Award with the RUTHMANN STEIGER® TB 300 as Product of the Year - Vehicle mounted platforms. But that is not all. With the RUTHMANN STEIGER® Ampero TBR 250 E, RUTHMANN is also nominated for the IAPA Award, in fact for the "Innovative Technology Prize".
